Our mission at Northshore QDROs is to work side by side with our attorney clients when drafting proposed domestic relation orders (DROs) and other similar retirement plans (QDROs or COAPs). We prepare specialized draft court orders that divide pension plans, retirement plans and other retirement asset accounts as a result of an Order signed by a Judge relating marital property rights, alimony or child support pursuant to a state’s domestic relations law.

We are committed to providing our attorney clients with the highest level of customer service. We invite your firm to try our services. As an incentive, we offer a one-time free QDRO. Please contact our office for details.

We are available to guide family law attorneys through the complex distribution of retirement assets. We partner with each attorney to provide a proposed draft order(s) to ensure that the order meets the terms of parties’ circumstances at hand and the retirement plan administrators’ requirements and limitations.
